The Phoenix Prop Shop©️ (PPS) is a non-profit organization that provides low-cost rental and storage of props and small set pieces to your organization and theatre productions. We serve only educational institutions and other non-profit organizations, and hope to build a resource-sharing community of Phoenix theatres.

We plan to organize and store the collection at a central location, and will build an online catalog available to theatres across the Phoenix area. Your participation in this questionnaire will help us determine the minimum amount of space required to safely and securely store these items, as well as you and your organization's interest level.

PPS is considering a few types of membership. Please indicate in which of these arrangements your organization would be most likely to participate: *

Donating property and set decoration items to PPS.

Storing items at PPS for rental by other organizations, but retaining ownership of items for use in your own productions.

A loan-to-own system, where an item has an agreed upon value (between PPS and the owner organization). A portion of each rental would remit to the owner organization until the value has been reached, whereupon PPS becomes the owner of that item.

If you have props/pieces to add to the warehouse collection, what kind of items do you have?

Hand props: luggage, telephones, musical instruments, umbrellas, etc.

Furniture: sofas, tables, beds, appliances, sinks, bureaus, etc.

Set units: stair units, fountains, windows, fireplaces, etc.
