Course Proposal | Camp Creative 2026
This application is for Camp Creative 2026, which will be held 12-16 January 2026.

Please complete the course proposal form below. We suggest you read the form in full, then enter your responses.

All items in the form must be completed for your course to be considered. This includes emailing us images relevant to the course you are offering.

Camp Creative tutors are paid a set fee for the week.  As this amount can vary slightly each year, please contact us if you wish to discuss. Camp Creative is a non-profit organisation and we are aware our rates of pay aren't high.  A lot of our tutors come back every year as it is such a wonderful experience, they do it for the love and the pay is just a bonus!

Our current rates of pay are $1600 for tutors delivering full day courses and $800 for half day courses.
We also pay up to $300 travel allowance (depending on your address) and $400 accommodation allowance (if you travel to Bellingen and pay for accommodation). Travel and accommodation allowances are paid as flat rates and are the maximum we are able to compensate you.

It is essential to have the following, that will be valid until at least January 20th 2025:
- A paid (cost is $80) Working With Children's Check (https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-for-a-working-with-children-check)
- A Public Liability Insurance certificate for a minimum $20,000,000 to cover the activities you intend to carry out in your course
Please note that these 2 items do not need to be provided until later in the year, if you are accepted as a tutor.
