Weekend of Culture in Newport, RI: LDW 2022
Thank you so much for your interest in our 2nd annual Labor Day Weekend of Culture!

I ask all 'first-timers' to take a few minutes to fill out this form in order to ensure the trip is a good fit for you, and that you are a good fit with the group. This is an intimate trip for up to 8 women, and although all activities are optional, our hope is that the group will be cohesive, and the weekend is a bonding experience for all.

If invited to sign up for the trip, I understand that all payments are FINAL and non-refundable. If I must transfer my spot to someone else, the request must be pre-approved by the trip leader.  I understand that the itinerary may change at the Leader's discretion but that any personal needs or desired adjustments to the schedule must be addressed directly with the leader and may or may not be accommodated, at her discretion. I will do my best to be on-time for all planned activities and understand that lateness affects the entire group. If I have any specific personal needs or dietary restrictions, I understand it is my responsibility to make sure they are met and not the responsibility of the group or trip leader. *
