Action shots! This is the biggest thing, we have not accepted over the years many amazing photographers, but they only had still shots, as most of you know shooting moving objects is very different so we like to see examples of those

Good portfolio. Somewhat related to above, but just a collection of your best shots. We do not have the time to look through all your photos, so it is best to create something with just your top shots (action and still shots). If you use your IG as your portfolio, make sure there are relevant photos near the top

Accessible portfolio. Give us direct links, make sure there is access. If you use IG, make sure it's not private, or if you have a website, give us the link to the portfolio so we do not have to navigate to find the photos you want to show us.

Watermarks. We have no issues with these, but big, clashing ones are frowned upon. If you want to use them, ensure they are nice and sleek. We won’t cut your watermarks out if we ever need to use your imagery (if you see us do that, please reach out and we will correct it)

Sharing content. For repeat media, we love to share your work after events, so please share that with us or at the least place these somewhere people can view it. There are only so many spots, and we can’t have people coming to shoot and then doing nothing with the media.

Quality. This isn’t last by mistake. All the above items are massively important, not everyone might take Larry Chen-esque content and we don’t expect that high level quality, but out of focus, badly framed, etc will be frowned upon as well.
