Commitment:
In order for you to make the most progress, it is important to follow the Program guidelines during supervised and unsupervised (if applicable) Training Sessions. Remember, this is for you and the more committed you are, the better your results.

Punctuality:
It is a condition of training that you will arrive on time for each scheduled session as sessions will finish within the allocated time, regardless of late arrival. Please be sure to bring a towel, drink bottle and appropriate clothing and footwear to each session.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
All rescheduling and cancellation requests must be placed less than 24 hours prior to the session, or you will be charged for the full session. I understand that occasionally you may need to reschedule a session and I will do my very best to accommodate this although, I can’t guarantee this. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within a 2 week period.

Health concerns:
Please ensure you keep me up to date with any injuries, illnesses or medications and obtain a medical clearance from your medical specialist prior to beginning (or restarting) training if there are any medical concerns (including pregnancy). Please note that if you arrive for a session under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will forfeit the session and the full rate will be charged.

Indemnity:
You fully assume the risk of physical injury, whether minor, severe, or otherwise. You understand and accept that participating in exercise involves certain risks of causing injury, both minor and potentially major. As your trainer, I will do my absolute best to minimize the risk of injury. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Personal Trainer and Nexus Active for any injuries, illnesses, and the like experienced as the result of your Training Sessions.

Holidays:
In the event that you or I will be away for holiday/s, we are to notify the other Party at least Seven (7) days prior. Training Sessions will be rescheduled to the week before and/or the week after holiday/s.

Termination:
Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon Fourteen (14) days prior written notice to the other Party. In the event that you wish to terminate Sessions as a result of Permanent Sickness or Physical Incapacity, a written request and notice will be required (7) days prior from you, detailing the nature of the illness or incapacity outlining specifically how this prevents you from completing any remaining Sessions.
