Theodore Roosevelt High PTSA 2023-24 Board Volunteer Form

TR PTSA still needs a 2nd VP (Fundraising) for the 2023-24 school year; additionally, we have several Committee Chair positions available.

Please complete this form if you are interested in serving on the 2023-24 TR PTSA board or volunteering to help on a Committee.

Students may serve on the board. Those under 18 may not be president, 1st VP, secretary, or treasurer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
1) Commit to your position for one year
2) Be a paid TR PTSA member by 8/30/23 (join on or after 8/1/23)
3) Complete all components of FOUNDATIONS training and deliver proof of completion to the secretary within 30 days of election or appointment
4) Attend board meetings and membership meetings; notify President if unable to attend
5) Support PTA activities whenever possible
