Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, students are allowed to cancel their enrollment of any on-site camps without any penalty! We will fully refund your payment for your cancelled on-site camps.  

For online camps, if you cancel your enrollment before June 1st, you will receive a full refund! If you cancel before June 14th but after June 1st, you will receive 80% refund. No refund thereafter.

Koo Chinese Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel any of the programs based on enrollment.

A Group Buy is defined as two students to form a group, and, both enroll in our summer camp, and their enrollment time is less than 48 hours apart. One of the student in the group needs to be an old student, the other needs to be a new student. An old student is a student who enrolled in any of Koo Chinese Academy's program before; a new student has never enrolled in any of our program before.

If this student is in a group buy, please fill your groupmate's (the other student in your group) full name in the next question.      

After both students in the group enrolled in this year's summer camp within the time window, both students will receive a group buy coupon from us via email. Each group buy coupon has the value of $50 and can be used in the payment of his/her summer camp payment.

We are offering a special promotion for student who enrolls in both this year's summer camp Total Immersion Chinese Camp Kindergarten group and next school year (2021-2022 school year)'s Kindergarten Chinese Class in either After School Program or Weekend School. You will receive one free week of summer camp for each paid summer camp week. It is a buy one get one free promotion.

Enrollment Requirement: Minimum Two weeks. For a certain week, enrolling one camp in the morning and a different camp in the afternoon will be considered enrolling for two weeks and fulfill the minimum requirement.  

The following camps and are on-site and in-person at our Basking Ridge Campus. All are half day camps, and when combining Morning and Afternoon half day camps will make a gapless full day camp.

1. Crazy Science: $300/week (including toolkits) (on-site camp)
2. Chinese Debate: $250/week  (virtual camp)
3. Creative Writing: $225/week  (virtual camp)
4. Chinese Painting and Calligraphy: $225/week  (virtual camp)

Camp 3: Computer Programming Languages (on-site camp)
1. Python: $250/week
2. Scratch: $250/week
3. HTML/CSS/javascript: $250/week

Camp 4: Lego Robotics : $300/week (on-site camp)
 
Camp 5: English Writing: $350/week (virtual camp)


Registration Fee:
New student needs to pay a one-time registration fee of $25.

Special Discount: Group buying Discount (for one old student (*) and one new student(**) or two new students): $50 off for each student enroll together.
* An old student is someone who enrolled in Koo Chinese Academy's program before.    
** A new student is someone who has never enrolled in any Koo Chinese Academy's program before.

1. Early bird discount: 5% off if enrolled and paid in full by April 18,2021.
2. Multi-week Discount: 5% off if enrolled and paid in full for 5 weeks or more by April 18, 2021.
3. Sibling Discount: 5% off per additional child (on the lesser fee) for family enrolling more than one child.    
4. Grade-K bundled enrollment Special Promotion: buy one camp week and get one week free (need to enroll both K camp and K class of 2021-22 school year. Still allowed to cancel K class, but if the K class is cancelled, the free K camp weeks will be charged back).
