Forgotten Felines Foundation Pre-Adoption Questionnaire
Please note: Some email addresses mark Forgotten Felines emails as spam. Please check your spam folders to see replies from us or use another email provider.

Forgotten Felines does not work on a FIFS basis, we take into account every application and potential adopter that has applied with a thorough process.

Once you have returned the adoption questionnaire. We will then be in contact with you to discuss the adoption and if it sounds like a match, we will then arrange an online visit (via video call) with the cat/kitten in his/ her foster home. This gives you the opportunity to see the cat/kitten in an environment that is familiar to them, around people they know. We believe this is the best way to minimise stress to cats in our care. After that Optional in-person meeting of the kitten/s.

If all goes well at the meet and greet, and you wish to proceed, we will then need to arrange a home visit (either in person or via video call) to see where your new cat will live.

Afterward, you will then be given adoption paperwork to fill out and we will discuss with you when your new forever friend is ready to go home with you.
