Use this form to apply for membership in the Illinois North Shore Radio Club, to renew your membership for 2024 or register Family members.

DUES:
Regular members: $40 per calendar year
                                ($35 if paid during open enrollment 01-OCT to 31-DEC)
Family members (in same household as primary member): $4 each
New members: Same as Regular members, pro-rated quarterly.
Newly-licensed hams: First 3 months of membership is free, pro-rated quarterly.
Full-time students: Membership is free. Student is considered 18y/o and under.
