Sinton ISD is now accepting referrals for students who may need Gifted/Talented Services.

The GT program is designed for students who give evidence of high achievement capability in areas such as intellectual, creative, artistic, or leadership capacity, or in specific academic fields, and who need services and activities not ordinarily provided by the school in order to fully develop those capabilities.

Students in 1st - 12th grade this school year are eligible to be screened for GT services through the referral and screening process. Parents, teachers, administrators, counselors, community members, peers, and even the students themselves may complete a nomination form for G/T testing.

Nominations will be accepted Thursday, December 21.
