Gluck OPA! Fellow/Ensemble Leader Registration 2022-23 (Form A)
Ensemble Leaders or Individual Program Leaders - please use this form to apply for yourself/your Ensemble for our OPA! roster for 2022-2023. ONLY DO THIS FORM ONCE - ONLY THE LEADER (not the members)

Once you have completed this form, contact the Gluck office for an audition - ONLY the Ensemble Leader / Individual Fellow needs to register the act!   gluckprogram@ucr.edu

If you are approved for the OPA! roster, the Gluck office will collect the on boarding paperwork from the entire act.

Once approved for the OPA! roster, use the Gluck OPA! Fellow Event Request (Form B) to book OPA! fellowships.
OPA! fellowships are paid at the rate of $150 per Fellow per event.

If your program is accepted for the OPA! roster, all fellows / ensemble members will have on boarding forms in order to receive fellowship funds. Once on the roster, the registration is good all year.
