We are the University of Central Florida Pre-Associate Chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority, Inc. We were established in the Spring of 2020 by seventeen founding sisters. aKDPhi is the largest, fastest growing, and ONLY international, Asian-interest sorority in the nation. With over 60 chapters and more than 7,000 sisters, our sorority is dedicated to creating a unique and timeless sisterhood aimed to unite, empower, and celebrate diversity and excellence.  

The sisterhood of alpha Kappa Delta Phi provides women with a sense of belonging that nurtures life-long friendships, develops self-empowered leaders, and strengthens communities through service, scholarship, and Asian-Awareness.

(1) Do I have to be Asian to join?
No, although we promote Asian awareness, we are not an Asian-exclusive sorority as we hold diversity and equality in the highest regard. We encourage anyone who shares these similar interests and values to join regardless of cultural identity.

(2) What is rush/recruitment week?
It is a period of time where potential members and sisters have the chance to get to know each other through fun, interactive activities during planned social events. Interested students will also have the opportunity to learn more about our organization. These events are non-binding, so we encourage you to come out to learn more!

(3) Does recruitment week cost money?
No, all events are free of cost and open to all students!
