Dear Parents

I am currently reviewing our before and after school provision in light of the pandemic as more and more parents are ceasing to work from home.

In order for me to take into account the views of all parents, I am asking everyone to complete the following short survey. Please complete even if you do not intend to use breakfast or after school club.

The deadline for completing the survey is Monday 15th November as it should only take a couple of minutes to complete.
