Chod is a powerful fusion of the wisdom of the Mahayana sutras and the transformative methods of Vajrayana Buddhism. Chod literally means “cutting through” in Tibetan. Instead of getting lost in the traps of theory and arduous spiritual discipline, Chod practice invites us to journey within to face all our mental fetters and neurotic tendencies, cut through our grasping to them on the spot, and realize inner liberation in the realm of the here and now.
Anam Thubten will teach and guide participants in Chod practice throughout this retreat.
