The 2021 Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference is looking for volunteers!
CUPC is an annual conference organized solely by a team of undergraduate students and supported by the Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP). It is the largest and longest-running undergraduate science conference in Canada, and the largest undergraduate physics conference in North America. With an expected attendance of 250 delegates, this year's virtual conference, hosted by *X University, will be held from November 4-7, 2021. CUPC showcases the exciting undergraduate research carried out by students across Canada, aiming to inspire young physicists as they begin their journey as research scientists. CUPC provides learning opportunities through workshops, informative panels, keynote lectures from guest speakers, and student presentations.
Please ensure that you review the roles and responsibilities outlined for CUPC 2021 volunteers through the following document:

*The CUPC 2021 Team is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for our delegates, speakers, sponsors, staff and volunteers. Due to our university's affiliation with Egerton Ryerson, and in order to stand in solidarity with the Indigenous communities of Canada, we will be referring to our institution as 'X University' until further notice.
