Check your Eligibility

1. Completed 14 days from any Covid Vaccination.

2. Completed 28 days from Covid-19 recovery.

3. Completed 3 months from last blood donation.

4. Should have eaten something in last 4 hours and should feel fresh since morning.

5. Should have sound sleep of at least 6 hrs last night.

6. Should not have consumption of anything from following for last 72 hrs.
a) Alcohol b) Steroids c) Antibiotics d) Vaccination e) Dog bite vaccine (1 year)

7) Should not have any of the following for last 6 months.
a) Tattooing b) Body piercing c) Dental Extraction

8) Should not have history of any of the following in last 6 months
a) Unexpected weight loss b) Repeated Diarrhoea c) Swollen gland d) Continuous low grade fever

9) Do you suffer now or have suffered from any of the below condition in past.
a) Heart Disease b) Lung Disease c) Kidney Disease d) Cancer
e) Diabetes f) Tuberculosis g) Hepatitis B/C h) Malaria
i) Fainting spells j) Epilepsy k) Jaundice (last 1 year)
l) Allergic disease m) Typhoid (last 1 year) n) Sexually Transmitted Diseases

10) For women (apart from above)
a) Should not be pregnant b) Child should not be less than 1 year old
c) Should not have had abortion in last 3 months
