Kwik Trip Card Order Form
THIS FORM WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR ORDERS YEAR ROUND, AND THE NEXT ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON TUESDAY, MAY 7. Cards typically arrive within 10 -12 days.

Ferradermis, Whitewater High School's FIRST Robotics Competition Team, is participating in a fundraiser through Kwik Trip. The team will be selling Kwik Trip gift cards, gas cards, grocery cards, and car wash cards at face value, and the team will be able to keep a portion of the sales. (HINT: Car wash cards are the most profitable for us. 😉) We will place a new order for cards once each month.

Checks or cash can be sent/given to Laura Masbruch at Whitewater High School or to any team member, and the cards will be delivered to you. Payment is due before the cards can be delivered. Checks should be made out to WHS.

5-Count Ultimate Car Wash Cards
An Ultimate Car Wash includes an undercarriage flush, presoak, high-pressure wash or soft foam wash, triple shine vehicle enhancer/cleaner, spot-free rinse and 95-second super dry. Wash amenities vary slightly by location. Each card sells for $36 and is good for 5 washes. The team will keep $16 from the sale of each card.

Grocery Only Cards
Items not eligible to be purchased with "Grocery Only" cards include fuel, tobacco, alcohol, gift cards, lottery/lotto, and stamps.
