St. Sebastian Adult Small Group Interest Form
A "Small Group" is a group of 6-12 people that meet regularly to discuss their lives and their faith, and who encourage one another to grow in deeper relationship with our God. Small groups will follow studies/plans which are provided by the parish, but do not have to be rigid to them (conversation should usually be free-flowing and be natural!). Please fill out this form to indicate the interest you have in being a part of and/or leading a small group.

All of the programming and information will be provided to small group facilitators. The facilitator's job is to help guide conversation.
