Nursery Registration
Please fill out one form for EACH child you are registering for the nursery. The nursery is for infants and toddlers up to three-years-old. Children age-out of the nursery in August, following their third birthday. Children who turn 3 by August 15, are eligible for PREP preschool. What mass do you usually attend? This will help for staff planning purposes; but once registered, you can use the nursery at either Sunday morning liturgy. *
The Nursery is available between the masses by sign-up only. This requires an email to Jaimie Gorman by Friday, EACH WEEK you plan to use the Nursery between the masses so we can be sure we have staff members readily available. If you are involved in the following ministries and you are interested, please let us know below. This DOES NOT take place of the weekly sign-up. :)

I have paid my annual Nursery Registration Fee, due August 1, 2021. The fee for the Nursery is $20/child. You can online or by cash or check (mailed to the parish office or dropped in collection in an envelope labeled ATTN: Jaimie Gorman/Nursery). *
Is your child potty-trained? If not, we ask that you let us know when you are potty-training so we can support this effort. *
