ATTENDANCE: The expectation is that all actors are present, on time, at all rehearsals for which they are called, unless there is an approved conflict. Conflicts must be submitted on the electronic conflict calendar prior to auditions. Repeated unexcused tardies or absences may result in dismissal from the production or reassignment of your role. No new conflicts will be accepted other than the extreme cases of personal hospitalization or death in the family. *
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: Ongoing disruptive behavior, harassment, or negativity that works against the goals of the production and/or company will not be tolerated. After two meetings with the production team, if the behavior persists, you will be removed from the production. There is a zero tolerance for sexual harassment. *
OFF-BOOK: All actors must be off-book by Tuesday, February 15th, 2021 for lines, lyrics, and blocking.   *
MOVE-IN AND STRIKE: All participants must assist with move-in to Novato Theater Company in the days/weeks leading up to the performances. All participants must participate in “strike” - the removal of all of our sets, props, garbage, and all personal items - from the theater immediately after the final performance. *
NON-PERFORMING RESPONSIBILITIES: MMTC is a family, and the whole family supports each production. All participants agree to work a minimum of 10 hours in support of the production outside of what you contribute as a performer. You may fulfill your “non-acting” responsibilities by contributing time to set building, painting, props acquisition, recruiting volunteers, hanging posters, ad sales, costume assistance etc. outside of regularly scheduled rehearsals. You may recruit friends/family to help with your hours. There are occasionally jobs that can be done from home. *
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:  By signing this form, you agree that MMTC has permission to use your image publicly to promote the company and/or show. The images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, sizzle reels, websites, social media, and more.  No royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable from MMTC by reason of such use. *
TICKET SALES: It's fun to perform to sold out audiences!  Each participant should make a firm commitment to sell as many tickets as possible early in the ticket sales process. We encourage each cast member to make every effort to sell at least 15 tickets. *
OTHER NOTES: This is a non-AEA production. There is no cast fee and there is no actor stipend. All actors are volunteers.  All actors must be 18+. *
SINGLE CASTING: I understand that all roles are single cast.  I have confirmed I am available for all performances, and that there is not an option for double casting or missing performances. I have (or will) complete the conflict calendar and confirmed my availability prior to the initial audition deadline. *
