Western Branch Primary Student Fact Sheet
Please complete one form for each student you have registered at WBP.  Utilize the bus information you will find on our district's website cpschools.com.  Once on the website, click on the YELLOW school bus go to the Bus Stop Lookup & enter your address.  You will find the Route number and bus stop. Make sure you record the information for WBP.   This form is also utilized in the event of an emergency school closing.  Please complete each section of this form.
