This form should be completed by students who will be entering 8th grade during the 2023-24 school year.

You are encouraged to use the Enrichment Course Description Catalog as a resource in selecting the courses you wish to select.

 Important Reminders:
• All 8th grade students are required to continue their World Language education therefore they must select either the semester or full year course. 
• Band, Orchestra and Choir selections are full year commitments.
• If you have taken Music Technology or Exploring Musical Theatre previously do not select the course again as it is the same course.
