The work exchange program plays a vital role in the experience of participants and attendees while onsite and it is our hope that it can also be a time of learning, growth, and connection for you as well.

The Emerald Cup is Northern California’s premier cannabis destination while advancing the concept of sustainable, outdoor farming. It's reputation is firmly solidified as the largest, most-respected, organic, outdoor, cannabis competition in the world. As a group, The Emerald Cup prides itself on bringing together experts and educators in the cannabis field to our fellow farmers, patients, and patrons each year. It is a community celebration that has grown to become a global movement honoring the year’s finest, organic, sun-grown, cannabis harvest.

This application will collect information that will be used to determine if you are a good fit for the program.

ACCEPTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED AND ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER SHIFTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.

After you have been accepted and paid your deposit, you will be assigned shifts based on your availability and other details you have shared with us. Shifts will be assigned to meet the needs of the festival and the best effort will be made to accommodate any requests, but we cannot guarantee requested shifts will be available or assigned to you.
