KNOWLEDGE: Learning to understand, read, decode other cultures through interculturality, its concepts, models and tools
AWARENESS: Develop cultural self-awareness; Work on the barriers in intercultural relationships; Activate the necessary attitudes of intercultural competence
KNOW-HOW (Skills) : Adapt cultural preferences and cultural differences in a coaching practice and coaching relationship.
KNOW-HOW: Include and practice intercultural intelligence, as a transversal competence to coaching competences
