Use of Parks Form - does it work for your group?
We want to help Birmingham City Council improve their parks booking form for BOSF member groups, but we need to know which bits work for your group and which bits don't.

It's the form you have to fill in if you want to hold an event or organise gardening/conservation sessions in a park or open space belonging to the council - even if you are a friends group.
