Thank you for you interest in WaMPS' 2023-2024 Graduate - Graduate Mentoring Program! Please take a few minutes to fill out the following form so that we know a little bit about you. Your responses will be used to make mentor-mentee pairs. Please submit this application by Friday, September 8th.

Specific to Mentees: When being matched with your mentor, how do you prioritize your needs so we better understand how to match you with your mentor? Would you rather us match you with someone based on your identity (LGBTQ+, underrepresented minority in physics, first-generation college student, etc.), field of research and research needs, or hobbies? Please rank them below with 1 being of top priority and 3 being of lowest priority to you (e.g. 1 - research, 2- identity, 3 - hobbies).
Would you be open/comfortable with socially-distanced in-person meet ups? (This will not affect the matching process and you are not required to meet in-person even if you check this box - that will be up to you and your mentor once you are matched.)
