Registration for Breath for a second, training course. Organized by the youth association Manfred on Tour in Laguna de Cameros, Spain, from the 20th to the 28th of September 2022.

Project gathering 30 participants from Albania, Italy, Slovenia, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, North Macedonia, Romania Czech Republic and Spain to share knowledge, dynamics and experiences about the topics of Yoga and mindfulness.

(In addition to the main topic, after the long year suffered by everyone, we have came to the decision to design a project with an intense approach to mindfulness, healthy lifestyle and reconnection within ourselves and nature)
