In Person Service Reservation - 11/28/2021
Would you like to physically join us (in person in the Sanctuary) for our service on Sunday, November 28th? If so, please let us know by completing this brief form.

Our UUSA Covid-19 Building Use Policy (see the UUSA website under Covid Response) allows us to meet inside wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and at a limited capacity.

NOTE: You can assume you have a spot unless you receive an email shortly after you register. (If we have more interest then space, we'll do a random drawing of names and the rest of the list will be given first priority for future services.)
