Please note that should your family circumstances change, transportation can be reinstated upon written request. Call the main office for further guidance.

I understand that the Frelinghuysen Board of Education is obligated to transport my child to and from school pursuant to NJSA 18A:39-1 et. seq.

In accordance with NJSA 18A:39-1c, I agree to waive said transportation services provided by the Frelinghuysen Board of Education for the 22-23 school year.

I understand I will be responsible to provide transportation for my child(ren) to and from Frelinghuysen School each day.

I have received and read the Frelinghuysen Board of Education's Student Transportation Policy and agree to these terms for waiving transportation services.

I understand I may reinstate my child(ren)'s transporation services upon written request and showing a need due to family need or economic hardship.
