This second 'DEFINE' step is for teams to determine the problem your team needs to solve to relieve the pain points established in our first 'EMPATHY' step. After the stakeholder groups are identified, the problem itself is identified. For many teams/problems, this is one of the more difficult steps. Given the work from that previous step, the design approach for the problem needs to be centered around the experiences of the different stakeholders.
