As a member of the L&D Mentor Academy, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions which are in place to keep an orderly, civil and engaged community focused on making everyone better and more professional.
• Members of the L&D Mentor Academy will not use, type or otherwise tolerate the use of offensive language. There is a no-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind related to race, gender, sexual orientation or any other status. In other words, professionalism must remain in place at all times and harassment, bullying or unprofessional behavior will be grounds for dismissal.

• No member shall solicit, sell or market to other members while participating in L&D Mentor Academy communications or activities. In other words, we don’t want you to try to sell to other members, we are here to engage in an open and honest discussion.

• No proprietary information, trade secrets or insider information is to be shared within the group to avoid any possible conflicts or problems with shared information. In other words, no telling of company secrets, we want an open discussion that respects the privacy and integrity of our members and their companies. You may share general ideas and concepts but not those that are specific and secretive to your organization.

• Member shall maintain membership dues and will have up to 5 days past the expiration date to revenue registration to maintain access to the membership site. After the five days and non-payment of registration fee, membership access will be denied.

Violation of any of these terms as indicated by the founder of the L&D Mentor Academy is grounds for immediate dismissal and forfeiture of remaining rate of member fee. There will be no refund if you are removed for violation of the above terms of membership.
