Vendor expression of interest for ARR2026
If you are interested in having a vendor table at A Romantic Rendezvous in 2026, please fill in the form below. Note that spots will be limited, so we may not be able to include everyone. We will consider any vendors with products relevant to romance readers, but our final decision will be based on who we think will interest romance readers most.

ARR2025 will be held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in March 2026. The events will be held on two consecutive weekends:

Brisbane, Saturday 21 March 2026
Sydney, Sunday 22 March 2026
Melbourne, Saturday 28 March 2026
Perth, Sunday 29 March 2026

We will likely change the format a little again for 2026, but it will depend on how the 2025 events go.  Each event to be a full day, but PLEASE NOTE the signing will likely only be in the afternoon. Vendors will be present during the signing. (We may consider having vendors present for the full day if there is interest and if room allows.)

Vendor tables will be full tables (but you can share with another vendor if you like). 

We would like information on the merchandise you sell and ways in which you think you could help to promote the event (social media you are active on, number of followers etc).

You will not hear back from us until the second half of 2025, so please be patient :)
