2022-23 Providence HS Orchestra & Guitar Missed Rehearsal Practice Record
Students who miss rehearsals, both regular school day rehearsals and after-school rehearsals, for any reason other than a CMS recognized religious holiday or a PHS sponsored field trip must complete a practice record to earn credit for the time missed.  This must be completed within 5 days from the date the student returns to school in order to receive full credit.  Please see the Course Prospectus/Handbook for more complete details on this requirement.  COMPLETE ONE PRACTICE RECORD FOR EACH REHEARSAL MISSED.
