Use this form to nominate a girl between the age of 13 - 18 for the That's What Teens Say Weekend Program.
Please submit by October 15, 2020
**Nominee would need to be available the weekend of November 6-8, 2020.   6 PM to 9 PM on Friday in person, 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday in person and on Sunday, performances will stream online at 3 pm.

**Program has a fee of $125 for the entire weekend participation including all meals and snacks.  Please indicate if your nominee should be considered for financial assistance, as generous scholarships are available to those who need them thanks to our generous sponsors BUSEY BANK and THE MCGUIRE HOME COLLECTION.
