I agree that my chaperoning begins when we depart from Myrtle Beach and ends when we arrive back in Myrtle Beach and meet with the student's parents/guardians.

I agree to participating in all aspects of the weekend including helping with group meals, picking up food, getting items from the cars, and handing out to students.

I understand this is not a weekend to bond with my own child but a weekend to support and chaperone the group of students as a whole and especially my own assigned students to chaperone.

I will be a nurturer, an encourager, and maintain a positive attitude.

I have attended the JTF meeting and understand the requirements to attend the festival for both me and my child.
