2022-2023 School Year Fall Kick-Off RSVP
Please fill out this form with your name and email if you are planning on attending SEP's Fall Kick-Off event on Saturday, September 17th.

This form registers you for the event and also enters you into the lottery for kit sign-up. If you do not submit this form by Thursday, September 15th, you will be added to the kit sign-up lottery during the event on a first come first serve basis.

Entering the Kit Sign-Up lottery means you will be called to be able to sign up for our kits with a Kit Escort. All kit sign-ups are done through a lottery system, if you are only requesting Supplies-Only you can work through the forms with a Kit Escort or submit the request forms on your own. 
Were you in the 2022 cohort? 
The 2022 cohort will have access to Early Bird Kit Sign-Up on Friday, September 16th, 4:00 - 6:00 pm. All other teachers can sign up for kits on Saturday, September 17th through the Kit Sign-Up Lottery system. 

If you are a 2022 cohort teacher and cannot make the Early Bird Kit Sign-Up time we will put you first during the Saturday Kit Sign-Up time.
