Thanks for joining us for the 2022 CSA Season! Filling out this form is the first step in the registration process. Once we receive the form from you, we will email you an invoice for either a deposit or payment in full (depending on which payment plan you choose). If you do not hear from us within 2-3 business days from the time the form is submitted, please email us at glaciertilthfarm@gmail.com just to double check that we received it. If you would prefer a paper form, please email us or call Anna at (406)214-7345 to request one.

*Note that your spot will not be reserved until we receive payment from you! (There are some exceptions for shareholders paying with SNAP/EBT, please see below).
**We encourage everyone to pay with a check whenever possible, as the credit card and PayPal processing fees can really add up!
***Customers who pay with SNAP/EBT pay a refundable deposit that will be given back to them after successful completion of the CSA Season. If this is cost prohibitive in any way, please let us know and we can work with you!

Note that all Spring Shares are picked up at Freestone Climbing Gym on Thursdays from May 12-June 2, so this question only applies to the Main Season share (but if you are only applying for a Spring Share, select the Freestone Climbing Gym, otherwise the form will not let you skip this question). Floating Shares are picked up at the farm in Dixon on Saturdays.
