👋 Hi! I'm Brooke—Nutrition Coach specializing in evidence-based, sustainable weight loss.

Committed members of my coaching programs have:

I typically offer both a group coaching community and a 3-month, VIP 1:1 program (see graphic below for a side-by-side comparison), but enrollment is currently closed for my 1:1 program because I'll be on maternity leave starting June 2024 😊

Clients in both programs get incredible results when they commit to taking consistent action, but my 1:1 program offers the highest level of personalization and support.
