Contest Rules:

- To qualify for the drawing: Create a Facebook fundraiser for Conquering CHD Virginia on your personal Facebook page between Oct. 15th and December 31st and share the link on this form in the space provided below.

-Fundraisers beginning on or after Oct. 15th, 2020 and ending on or before December 31st are eligible for the drawing

- Drawing will take place on Jan 5th and CCHD VA will notify the winner by email.

- If the selected winner does not reply to CCHD-VA's email notification to claim their prize and confirm their mailing address within 48 hours, CCHD VA will draw a new winner.

- All facebook fundraisers benefiting Conquering CHD Virginia are eligible regardless of funds raised.

- CCHD VA will do it's best to recognize all fundraisers on Facebook and notify the name of the person associated with the fundraising account that they have been entered in the drawing. To ENSURE your name is entered please take a moment to register below.

-CCHD Board members and their families are not eligible for the drawing.
