High School Ultimate Registration 2024
The completed USAU forms and payment for registration, uniforms, and discs can be turned into the Cathedral Athletics Office or mailed to the address below. Please make checks payable to Cathedral Ultimate and place with the forms in an envelope marked Cathedral Ultimate Registration.

Registration fee for high school is $225.  If you need the uniform bundle, please add $85.

High School Player Uniforms
The uniforms will be sold in packs including one blue shirt, one white shirt, and one pair of blue shorts at a cost of $85.00.  Please indicate your size selections for each piece below.  These uniforms are yours to keep. Additional pieces may be ordered by families using the Breakmark link we will send out.  This uniform bundle will be ordered for you, no need to do anything with the Breakmark link unless you want additional pieces.
