Cedar Valley Catholic Schools will begin the school year in the Hybrid Learning Model.  In this model, families can choose to have their student(s) participate in either online instruction or in-person instruction for the entire month.  Students will not be able to fluctuate between these two options during that month.  

Please complete the survey below to indicate what instruction type each student in your family will be using from August 20-October 2.  This form must be completed by Sunday, August 16, 2020.
