On behalf of the entire Mason Band family, I am excited by your interest in the nationally recognized William Mason Marching Band! The Marching Band has a well known history of excellence in performance. However, our more important priority is providing our students with a community and family in which to belong, learn, laugh, cry, and grow as young adults. * This form and the Marching Band School Fee 1 of $350 are due no later than Friday, March 18, 2022. Payment can be made electronically via EZPay or checks payable to Mason City School (include the student's name and ID in the memo line).  Checks can be delivered to your student's director (MMS) or placed in the band drop box (MHS).

* By submitting this form, you will agree to Mason Marching Band's:

      1. Attendance Policy Agreement
      2. Financial Obligations Agreement
      3. Parent/Guardian Volunteer Agreement
      4. Registration & Data Agreement

IMPORTANT: Students will not be allowed to participate in Marching Band rehearsals/performances if payments are not up to date, physicals are not current, or required registration documents are not complete. Families with financial hardship may qualify for assistance and should indicate their interest and intent to apply for a scholarship for Student Experience & Consumables Fees in order to be considered for financial support.
