Small Town Market - SUMMER 2025

Small Town Market is a community event that celebrates the change of seasons, with a focus on community, culture and nature. 

Summer Edition - Sunday 14th December | 10am to 2pm | Okines Community House

If your values and interests align with our spirit of community, culture and nature, we would love to hear from you. 

We are seeking workshop facilitators, local producers, artists and artisans, musicians, collaborators, story tellers, food stalls, not for profit organisations and everything in between.

- weeds and other harmful plant species 
- new imported goods and resale of new commercial items
- really unhealthy food options
- items wrapped in unnecessary plastics

At Small Town Market we are focused on organising a low waste market. Please describe any single use packaging you will offer at the market.
Small Town Market is an outdoor event and will occur in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. You must be self sufficient and have access to a 3m x 3m marquee or food van. 

IMPORTANT Marquees MUST have 20kg weights on EACH leg.

If you choose half size you must organise a marquee to share.

FOOD VANS- Please indicate your exact site measurements (including tow ball!). We are no longer offering power to food vans. You must be self sufficient due to site challenges.
