**Once your application is approved, we will email you an invoice for vendor fees; these fees must be received no later than April 15, 2022 or your application will be canceled. Payments can be made via the email invoice or by mail.**

VENDOR SPACE FEES (Per 10'x10' Booth Space):
Artisan Business: $50
Beekeeper: $25
Cottage Food Vendor: $25
Food Truck: $75
Non-Profit: $0 (With proof of 501C3 registration) **Must be related to beekeeping, gardening, etc.**
Other: To Be Determined

**Vendor space fee INCLUDES required peddler license from The City of Ste. Genevieve**

IMPORTANT DATES:
April 15, 2022 - Approved Vendor Payment Deadline
May 15, 2022 - Last Day To Cancel To Receive Refund

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Vendor is responsible for providing all tables, chairs, tents, etc. for booth.
*Vendor shall not display, offer for view or sale any illegal or contraband items. The laws of the State of MO and local ordinances of the City of Ste. Genevieve shall control.
*Vendor shall not sublet its space without express written consent from Harold's Famous Bee Co.
*No refunds shall be given due to cancellation or interruption of the festival for reasons beyond the control of HFBCo. These reasons include, but are not limited to weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention.
*Vendor is solely responsible for the security for all items at the festival location at all times.

AGREEMENT:
The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless THE HONEY FESTIVAL + MARKET and HAROLD'S FAMOUS BEE CO. from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way. I understand that it is my responsibility to man and secure my booth at all times. I understand it is my responsibility to abide by all city, state, and federal regulations.

**BEEKEEPERS ONLY**
We will waive vendor fees for beekeepers who wish to provide a minimum of a 10 minute workshop/lecture/demonstration on the topic of your choosing. (Intro to Beekeeping, Honey Extraction, Organic Gardening, Etc.) We will allow only one lecture per topic, and will contact each beekeeper to work out specific details.
