In November '23 I became the new Thetford Recreation Director.

Thetford Recreation is here to create opportunities for recreation in our town to all citizens (and surrounding communities).

Recreation (in this context) is defined as an "activity done for enjoyment when one is not working." 

I would really like to have Thetford Recreation offer a broader range of activities and offer activities for all ages.

I'd like to ask all of *you* what activities you'd like to see offered by Thetford Rec.

For those of you who have children, you may have your child sit with you and help you answer these questions. Teenagers are encouraged to fill this out on their own.

I am sure we will receive a broad selection of responses and ideas from everyone. Please know that the reason that I am doing this survey is to get feedback from the community on what activities we should work to add first.  Many suggested ideas will be wonderful ones that we can't do or can't do soon (but even so I still want all of your ideas and input). Thetford is a small town and we need enough interest, resources and money in order to put an activity together.  These lists below are just ideas to lead Thetford Rec in the right direction.
