Our new SEU Learning Portal will allow each engineer in your office to have their own account to complete quizzes, and keep track of the SEU Sessions they have participated in. Please complete the following form for each person who would like an account.

**Alternately, if you have a long list of engineers who would like accounts, you can send a spreadsheet that includes the information listed below to Lisa.Willard@LearnWithSEU.com**
