禪繞畫 Zentangle®
禪繞畫以簡單的手法，由一筆一畫開始，慢慢地繪畫出獨一無二的藝術作品。繪畫的過程，透過覺察呼吸如何影響落筆，感受心情如何影響呼吸的節奏，慢慢地讓身體和心情放鬆，一心一意地專注繪畫。工作坊將分享畫禪繞的基本步驟，體驗個人創作及與禪繞畫互動的樂趣。

“Zentangle® is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.” Participants will learn the basic steps in creating their first Zentangle drawing. Participants will experience guided meditation for relaxation prior to drawing, enjoy the fun of drawing and reflect upon the creative process.
