Write a brief statement about yourself and your background as an artist.

1. Explain your creative process, including what art materials you work with.

2. Tell us what your goals are for your artist website or Instagram, (increasing your numbers, networking with other artists and professionals in a visual arts field, selling your art, etc.)

3. Describe your target audiences are. (gallery directors, other artists, curators, art collectors, buyers, etc.)

4. If you have any specific questions, please include those as well.

When we receive this form, we will send you a payment request to your email via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for your payment to be processed, Paypal accepts credit card, cash, or check.

Please understand that our payment process is not automated. You will receive an email from Prof Lieu the following business day, so please be patient.

Upon receipt of this form and payment, we will complete your video critique within the time frames listed above. When your critique is complete, we will grant you access to view the video critique on Google Drive.

Sharing, copying, and downloading of your video will be disabled. Your critique will remain on our Google Drive so you may view it at any time.

All purchased critiques are private. We will not post your critique anywhere online.
