IN-PERSON Guided School Tour + Workshop Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: School visits are now fully booked for the 2023-24 school year. You can fill out this form and your group will be added to a waitlist.  Please note that priority will be given to Title 1 schools with groups large enough to fill a bus (aprox. 45- 55 students), who are within LA County, and within 1 hour from the museum. If your request is successful, we will email you when we open up visit bookings for our fall semester (October 1 – December 13, 2024). Please note that there may be some changes to our program offerings for the 2024-25 school year.

IN-PERSON Guided School Tour + Workshops

3rd to 12th Grade

Wednesday and Thursdays weekly, from 10:30 AM

Our two-hour Guided Tour + Workshop includes interactive discussions in the galleries and a hands-on activity exploring craft media and processes in the studio. School groups can bring lunches and enjoy them in our courtyard or across the street at the park near the La Brea Tar Pitts.

FEES: Free admission to all LA schools with registration. Title 1 public schools may be eligible for bus stipends. Further details upon request.
