Winnipeg Circus Club Sign Up ~ October 2021
Please register all guest who will be attend the Winnipeg Circus Club in October. In the event you are no longer able to attend, please change your submission.

COVID PROTOCOL:
- Capacity is limited to 35 participants. PLEASE REGISTER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
- Proof of vaccination is required for all guests 12 years and older to enter the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre.
- Masks must be worn.
- Hand Sanitizer & Sanitization Wipes will be provided.
